Automatically select correct materials and components. Eliminate costly errors. Alternate selections available within the piping specs are automatically listed during drawing generation.
Extensive customizable databases, or fitting catalogs, are included with the modules (ANSI, API, FRP/PVC, DIN, BS, JIS standards, as well as several others are included).

Fully Customizable Pipe Specs

Fast and easy to define User piping specifications. Either copy and modify supplied generic piping specs, or easily create all new specifications.
User codes or part numbers can be easily added at general or specific levels, as per client requirements.
Spec modifications can take place even after drawing completion, and will be reflected in the BOM.

Smart Editing Tools

Industrial Piping includes extensive editing tools. Edit existing line number and/or the piping spec when the client calls for changes. Change Fittings from Shop to Field with a single pick. Edit weld tags if required, and export automatically to the iso's.

A selection of Hangers and Pipe Supports are bundled with the Industrial Solution. The tags and location of these supports can be exported directly to your isometrics.

Complete BOM - User Customizable

Automatically generate a complete bill of materials report for one drawing or a global report across a number of drawings. Weld Reports are also available. Customize the descriptions or user codes through the specification generator. All reports have multiple export options, including to Excel or to the drawing
The BOM to Drawing can be easily formatted. Multiple formats can be saved to suit different projects or clients.

Insert Into Pipe

It is a simple matter to insert a wide range of fittings into previously placed piping, automatically breaking and repairing any affected pipe length(s). Inserting these fittings at precise locations is made easy.

View Attributes in NavisWorks

CADPIPE’S attributes can be viewed in Naviswork’s Quick Properties and Properties when CADPIPE and Navisworks are both loaded on the same computer.

Saving the file as a nwc or nwd allows anyone to view CADPIPE’S attributes in Navisworks.
